The projected total project budget will be approximately $10,350 and will include the labor, parts purchased, parts manufactured, and fees required to manufacture and construct the RC Baja Truck. The bulk of the Budget lies within the labor costs of the project. These values come from the average starting wage of Mechanical Engineers starting around $28/hr and a projected 330 labor hours devoted to the completion of the project.

The total cost of parts purchased and manufactured by means of 3D printing and machining is in the upwards range of $500. The most expensive parts being the electrical components paired with the remote control along with the shocks and coil overs. The budget did end up dipping into the emergency fund and consumed the total budget of $500.
